Keynote Presentation – Q&A with KC Infertility Doctors & Adoption Professionals
This year’s keynote presentation is a panel of nine KC infertility professionals who will share important information about their expertise in regards to building a family. This will be a Q&A format. The professionals include: Dr. Brabec from Reproductive Resource Center, Dr. Gehlbach from Midwest Reproductive Center, Dr. Riggs from Blue Sky Fertility, Dr. Holoch from Center for Advanced Reproductive Medicine, Dr. Nangia from KU Med, Steffany Aye from Adoption & Beyond, and Dr. Pritchett from NaProTechnology.
You will sign up to attend ONE of these sessions. A description for each session is provided below so you may choose the session most pertinent to your family building journey. IMPORTANT: If others attend the conference with you, you do NOT have to register for the same breakout session. However, each attendee will need to register separately.
•Adoption Panel: Anyone who may consider adoption as a family building option soon or in the future would benefit from attending this session. It will provide information about various types of adoption: domestic, international, and foster care. The panel will have local KC couples who’ve chosen domestic adoption, international adoption, or foster care to adoption to share their journey to hopefully provide you insight. In addition, an adoption attorney will sit on the panel to provide you even more information.
•Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine: Please join us to hear a brief overview of Traditional Chinese Medicine and why you may want to consider it as an avenue to support your health. We will cover fertility and emotional conditions or concerns that Chinese Medicine can assist in both men and women. What to expect when you seek care, the most ideal time in your fertility process is best to seek care and to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
